Within the context of managing common-area properties you have two options to choose from: the Basic-Package or the Premium-Package.
The Basic-Package is the convenient offer to people, that do not want to be bothered by administration and monitoring money transfers.
If you choose the Premium-Package, you can be sure you get a comprehensive property-management, according to German law and in accordance to your individual “Teilungserklärung” and “Gemeinschaftsordnung”.
